Charles Altman, an attorney with significant experience in commercial real estate lending, is Adjunct Professor of Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the N.Y.U. Schack Real Estate Institute.        He has also been a visiting Adjunct Professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture.

Professor Altman is active in the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) and serves on the executive committee of the Real Estate Transactions Section of the American Association of Law Schools (AALS).  He recently organized and served as Chair of a joint program of the NYCBA Structured Finance Committee and the AALS Real Estate Transactions Section. Mr. Altman holds a J. D. from N.Y.U. School of Law and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a B.A. in Economics.
