Charles Altman, an attorney with
significant experience in commercial real estate lending, is Adjunct Professor of
Law at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and Adjunct Assistant Professor at
the N.Y.U. Schack Real Estate Institute. He has also been a visiting Adjunct
Professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture.
Charles Altman occasionally still
does New York law enforceability opinions in regard to CMBS, revolving credit facilities

Professor Altman is active in the
New York City Bar Association (NYCBA) and serves on the executive committee of
the Real Estate Transactions Section of the American Association of Law Schools
