CHARLES ALTMAN
Charles Altman, an attorney with
significant experience in commercial real estate lending, is Adjunct Professor
of Law at Cardozo School of Law and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the
N.Y.U. Schack Real Estate Institute. He has also been a visiting
Adjunct Professor at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture.
Charles Altman is active in the New
York City Bar Association (NYCBA).
Professor Altman is Chair-Elect of
the Real Estate Transactions Section of the Association of American Law Schools
(AALS). He recently organized and served as Chair of a joint program of
the NYCBA Structured Finance Committee and the AALS Real Estate Transactions

Prof. Altman holds a J. D. from
N.Y.U. School of Law and is a graduate of the State University of New York at
Stony Brook with a B.A. in Economics.
